Refund Policy – Titan Movers
Titan Movers provides professional moving and relocation services under agreed-upon service arrangements. Unless explicitly stated in a signed contract, all deposits, service fees, and charges are non-refundable once booking has been confirmed or moving services have commenced.
If you believe you were billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at info@titanmovers.co. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted solely at the discretion of Titan Movers.
Titan Movers reserves the right to adjust pricing, service fees, and related charges at any time, with or without prior notice. Such changes will apply to future bookings or agreements and will not retroactively affect amounts already invoiced or paid.
In cases where services are suspended, canceled, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.
Additionally, Titan Movers does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for delays, service modifications, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control — including, but not limited to, weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or unforeseen events — unless otherwise specified in a formal, written contract.
