Cancellation Policy – Titan Movers

You may cancel your Titan Movers booking by providing written notice at least 21 days prior to your scheduled moving date. Cancellations received after this period may not qualify for a refund and could be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement.

If your move with Titan Movers is canceled or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.

Upon cancellation or termination, any related booking records or customer information may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to retain any necessary receipts, contracts, or moving documentation prior to cancellation.

Titan Movers reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue services at its discretion, with or without notice. Refunds in such cases will only be provided if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
